Most Disliked
Some visitors note that the lack of signage can make finding the restaurant a challenge for newcomers, leading to initial frustration. The decor might also feel a bit dated to some, which can make the experience less appealing for those looking for a trendy spot.
Furthermore, the cash-only policy can be a deterrent for patrons who prefer to use debit or credit cards. This means customers need to plan ahead and may have to make an extra stop at an ATM, which could be inconvenient for some. Despite these drawbacks, many agree that the quality of the food and service often outweigh these concerns.

*cash only* (the mini-mart at the end of the plaza has an ATM inside) Delicious breakfast- pancakes were fluffy and the potion size was generous but not overwhelming. Very inexpensive for the area- a great value. The servers were attentive and kind. Location is unpretentious; old diner vibes, which I happen to LOVE but if you’re looking for something aesthetic, this might not be your place. We’ll be returning again soon.

Awesome quick and reliable service. Great cash only prices. Walking out the door full for 30 bucks for me and my wife. In 2025 thats unheard of. Support local businesses and give these guys some cash cause they deserve it.

In a time when dining out is becoming increasingly expensive, even our go-to brunch spots have raised their prices, making it challenging to find affordable options. That’s how I discovered Little Pat’s Place. It’s a cash-only establishment, likely to keep prices down by avoiding card fees. When I visited in August 2024, the lack of signage made it a bit difficult to find, but once inside, I found a cozy, if somewhat dated, atmosphere. Most of the time, just two servers usually work, though they bring in an extra hand when it gets busy. Despite the old-school decor, the food is well-prepared. The French fries were a standout—crispy and perfectly seasoned, some of the best I’ve had in a while. I also tried a homemade soup, which was a bit on the salty side but still satisfying. While the area is full of charming brunch spots, the affordable prices and friendly service make Little Pat’s Place a local favorite. For me, this spot is more than just a brunch restaurant—it brings back memories of similar places I visited in the Midwest during the ’90s. The crowd here skews older, adding to the laid-back vibe, and I hope this multi-generational gem continues to thrive for years to come. I have heard of this place but never been. The service was outstanding, Food was great and the prices are so reasonable. The decor is dated but that is part of the charm, it has a small town vibe to it that I really liked. Keep in mind they are a CASH ONLY establishment.

I spent my formative years in New Jersey. I finally found a diner to fill that comfort spot. Our server was super friendly, the coffee refills were continuous and fast, the food was tasty, and prices were unbeatable. Get the French dip!
